Google homenageia Rio 2016

Não ligo lá muito para esportes. Faço parte sim daquela turma que se anima "apenas" nas finais, hum, ok, semi-finais das Copas, ou na torcida pra que o Flu tome jeito. Embora tenha ficado neutra até quase os 46 do segundo tempo sobre a candidatura do Rio, me empolguei na hora agá e torci.

Acho que temos muito a melhorar. Acho que precisamos de melhores hospitais, melhores escolas, melhores condições de vida. Mas não acho que tudo isso e uma Olimpíada no Rio sejam excludentes.

Sou a favor. Sou a favor da boa saúde, da boa moradia, da boa Olimpíada. Wu wei pro Rio.

We're all Chinese

Under the slogan "We are all Chinese", nine German Olympians have posed in their sports kit for a Munich magazine while holding pictures of Chinese dissidents in front of their faces.

The pictures were published on the 1st of August in the Sueddeutsche Zeitung magazine under a headline recalling the famous 1963 "Ich bin ein Berliner" (we are all berliners) speech by U.S. President John F. Kennedy that paid tribute to West Berlin's freedom after the Wall was built.

I agree, we are all Chinese.
